Yes, Nuhr Home incense cones are pet friendly when used responsibly.

Our incense is made using high quality, natural ingredients being 100% Oud Agarwood Powder (no burning agents) and is free from harmful toxins. This means that, when used in a well-ventilated space, our incense cones are safe to enjoy in homes with pets.

However, as with any scented product, we recommend:

• Burning incense in a ventilated area to allow fresh air to circulate.
• Keeping incense out of reach of pets to avoid direct contact with smoke or hot surfaces.
• Observing your pet’s comfort, if they show signs of sensitivity, simply move the incense to a different room.

Every candle is made from high quality natural wax and clean fragrance oils, ensuring a slow, even burn and a consistent scent experience from start to finish.

To get the best performance from your candle:

• Allow the first burn to reach the edges of the jar to prevent tunnelling.
• Trim the wick to around 5mm before each use.
• Burn for 2–4 hours at a time to maintain an even melt and extend longevity.

Nuhr Home incense cones do not set off fire alarms when used correctly.

Our incense cones are carefully formulated to release a light, clean stream of smoke, just enough to disperse the beautiful oud fragrance throughout your home, without producing excessive smoke or residue.

To avoid triggering alarms, we recommend:

• Burning incense in a well-ventilated area, we recommend burning incense in a passage / hallway to allow the scent to travel.
• Burning one cone at a time and allowing it to fully extinguish before lighting another.

Our 100ml Nuhr Home reed diffusers are designed to provide long lasting, continuous fragrance that transforms your space with effortless luxury.

Each diffuser is made using premium, clean fragrance oils, carefully blended to ensure a consistent scent throw without harsh chemicals or additives. Enjoy having a background scent in a room which is not overpowering, providing the perfect scent balance for your room.

On average, a 100ml diffuser will last a minimum of 4 months, but many of our customers find that it continues to fragrance their home for up to 6–7 months and more, depending on room temperature and airflow.

Our 50ml diffuser will last a minimum of 2 months.

To get the most from your diffuser:

• Place it in a well ventilated area, away from direct sunlight or heat.
• Flip the reeds every few weeks to refresh the scent.
• Use fewer reeds for a lighter aroma or more reeds for a stronger fragrance.

The Reeds we provide are natural rattan reeds and not synthetic, our reed diffusers are a simple, yet an elegant way to enjoy the signature oud inspired scents of Nuhr Home every day, long lasting, clean, and beautifully balanced.

Our incense cones are very easy to use.😃

Simply light the cone with a lighter or matches.

Allow the flame to burn for up to 10 seconds, then blow out the flame leaving a red ember at the top of the cone.

The burning cone MUST be placed on a heat proof surface, you can purchase multiples of different burners on our store for use with burning incense cones.

Each cone burns for up to 15 minutes, the scent will however, last many hours thereafter.

We recommend burning the cone in a hallway with open doors to allow the scent to disperse across the house / flat.

Standard shipping is £3.95 and free on orders over £35. We aim to ship all orders within 3 days of receipt with delivery being on a Royal Mail Tracked48 service within 5 working days.

Express shipping is for £5.95 and takes 1-2 working days with the goods being shipped via Royal Mail Tracked24 Service.

International shipping is available. Orders to EU maybe subject to additional duties / import tax levied by the courier which will be the sole responsibility of the recipient.

We do not change any delivery details for the address as entered at the time of the order being placed, if the address is incorrect / incomplete in any way and the parcel is returned back to us via a failed delivery by the courier (please kindly note you can contact our Customer Service Team to amend the delivery address if your parcel has not been shipped, we are unable to alter this post it being handed to the courier) there will be a fee of £3.95 for re-shipping the goods, in the alternative, if a refund is sought, a fee of £3.95 will be levied for the initial shipping as undertaken for all orders.

Our return policy allows you to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt.

Please email us with your cancellation details and return the products to us within 14 days at your cost.  Please kindly ensure you have your order number and details within the parcel when returning to us to allow us to identify your order.

All goods being returned, will be fully inspected and tested on their return back to our warehouse and refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the goods back, as long as they are in a re-saleable condition.

Damaged or faulty goods can be replaced or refunded, in the unlikely event you receive goods which are damaged in any way, please contact us at customer@nuhrhome.com with images of the goods as received, image of the box and packing slip within the parcel in order for us to investigate the same with a view to resolving the issue promptly.

Returns are not permitted for candles which have been burnt.

Returns are not permitted for perfumes / bodymists / body lotions / body washes or creams due to  hygiene purposes.

Returns are not permitted for goods which have been opened from their original packaging making the items unsaleable .
