A must-read blog post if you want a relaxing evening.
You deserve a day at the spa. You've tried to make multiple plans, and looked at various spas but just haven't gotten round to it- we know the feeling!
Hence why the next best thing to do would be to turn your home in to a spa like atmosphere and here are some tips on how to do that.

Create a spa room
1. Dim the lightsHarsh and bright lighting is never relaxing. Instead, dim the lights or light a candle to get the spa experience from the comfort of your bed or sofa.
2. Soothing sounds
Like the soft, relaxing playlists played in spas, play calming music that won't require too much attention or thought to zone out.
3. Light a candle
Create a holistic experience with a soft scented candle. According to Stephen Warrenburg of Oxford University, an aroma can significantly promote stress reduction and improve mood. One of our favourites for a relaxing atmosphere is the Velvet Jasmine and Oud candle.

4. Dress like you're in a spa
So you've set the scene, now you need to look like you're actually in the spa. Put on your fluffy dressing gown and comfiest slippers to get the spa feel.
5. Self care
Take out some time to care for yourself by doing a face mask and moisturising your whole body including your hands and feet. Our Rose & Oud Body Cream makes skin soft and smooth. The moist texture of the cream richly hydrates, smells wonderful, and leaves skin smelling beautiful well into the day!
