Two NUHR gifts for the mother and inlaw and was so impressed from the service, quick online shopping experience, product and delivery and pricing point - I will forever be a fan xx

I bought an oud cones gift set with a gift bag. Was kinda disappointed the bag was folded in the box which was small, was gifting this and the bag didn’t look nice.
Maybe you don’t want to be like Amazon and use extra large boxes for small items, but I think the gift bags need to be packaged differently. Creased/damaged gift bags ruin the aesthetic of gift giving.

Gift bag was not packed well the box was too small to accommodate two bags and two Oud cone gift sets. Better packaging needed especially as these were gifts!!
